Great job by Chad Jewell in his MMA fight as he dominated his opponent. In a few short seconds he was able to show his jiu jitsu experience causing his opponent to submit by rear naked choke!!

Congratulations to good friend Bob Ehrenborg for receiving his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a recent promotional ceremony. A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt is one of the hardest acomplishments to achieve. His hard work and dedication paid off...well deserved Bob!!
